Transparent 24-hour supplier bidding.
Funded requests only
A customer pays 30% before a request is published. After a supplier wins, the remaining balance is due within 48 hours. Nonpayment cancels the order and applies a 10% penalty.
Binding delivery protection
The awarded supplier posts a production update within seven days. Price or specification changes require customer approval. Carrier acceptance controls the delivery deadline.
30% performance hold
If delivery is not accepted by a carrier within the final 48-hour notice, the supplier hold is forfeited and the customer receives compensation equal to 10% of product value.
Accessories are included
Notions, trims, linings and other accessory materials appear in the work order with a cost budget. The supplier bears those costs within the accepted total price.
